With many vital certifications under my belt and passion to help others, I create fun & effective classes for all levels and ages. No need to feel shy, unsure, or embarrassed. I can take the hardest, most challenging and make it accessible to any one, even in a chair. Regular fitness, prescription fitness, to cancer fitness.
I also offer private fitness sessions tailored to your needs and wants; available with some cancer coaching packages.

Cancer Awareness Advocate/Cancer Coach
As a global awareness advocate, I have many valuable resources, many are my own as a cancer survivor, and connecting with thousands upon thousands around the globe. I also offer various cancer coaching packages.
After my own diagnosis in 2014 with choriocarcinoma placental cancer, I began to search for help & connections. Not really finding any, I become that source that I longed to find, paving the path for others, even those long-time survivors, sharing my testimony & journey, article publishing’s, blogging, establishing a strong website & social medias, creating support groups, and advocating in the highest intensity for years.
This led further to cancer modeling, relaying, more published interviews & podcasts. My latest was to help collaborate for annual International GTD Day, September 3rd. (est. 2025)

Autobiography
Following my cancer diagnosis came losing my husband in 2018, leaving me suddenly alone raising 4 children, all under the age of 12. We had just lost our long-time home. I found the calling 2 years later into the widows ministry. This book is that story, an interactive book to write, fold, journal and anything else as you read & study.
